We are aware that some attendees may have concerns about In-Person attendance.  As this conference approaches, Nemours Children’s Health will assess guidance from local and national public health experts on implementing necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of all attendees and staff.

Conference Materials and Session Recordings

Registrants will have access to all available conference materials through the virtual conference platform. The conference platform is available through any device with internet access anywhere in the world. Keep in mind that if viewed on a small screen, such as a cellphone, your experience may be less than optimal. We recommend that you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your browser if you are accessing from a computer.

The conference platform includes the Session Library, Poster Showcase, PDF’s of slides, and other materials. Non-embargoed recorded sessions will be available in the Session Library beginning 24 hours after the live event. Please note, the conference platform is available for 60 days after the conference (February 13, 2024).

*Your unique-to-you conference password and URL for the conference platform will be emailed to you on December 8. It is very important that you register using an email address that you use frequently and will remember!
Poster Showcase

The virtual Poster Showcase will take place throughout the entire conference on the virtual conference platform from December 10-13 and will also be available online for 60 days after the conference (February 13, 2024).

Poster authors will host online group chats Monday, December 11 and Tuesday, December 12 during the morning and afternoon breaks.

We are now accepting abstract submissions. Abstracts must be on a subject relating to the field of neonatology. The deadline for abstract submission is October 3, 2023.

Americans with Disabilities Act

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Nemours Children’s will provide modifications in teaching methodologies to accommodate individual needs. Accreditation

The Nemours Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

The Nemours Foundation designates this live activity for a maximum of 23.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

A certificate of participation will be provided to other health care professionals requesting credits. Participants should ensure in advance that their credentialing or licensing organization accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™
Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Points

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the activity, with individual assessments of participant, enables the participant to earn 23.5 MOC Points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit. 
Disclosure Policy

As a provider accredited by the ACCME, Nemours must ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in its educational activities. In accordance with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education’s Standards for Commercial Support℠, all planners, teachers, and authors involved in the development of CME content are required to disclose their relevant financial relationships that might be germane to the content of the activity. An individual has a relevant financial relationship if he or she has a financial relationship in any amount occurring in the last 24 months with an ineligible company whose products or services are discussed in the CME activity content over which the individual has control. Nemours has policies/processes in place to mitigate relevant financial relationships. All relevant financial relationships will be mitigated.
